Description: Invitation For Bid #26085 On Call Plumbing & Heating Repair Services Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #26085 for Plumbing & Heating Repair Services. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price.
