The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation: BID – PORTABLE TOILETS FOR WESTMORELAND COUNTY PARKS Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered.
