Description: You are cordially invited to submit qualifications in accordance with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions listed in RFQ 2024-028 Records Management System (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD). The Town of Salem NH is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for a comprehensive records management and computer aided dispatch system for the Salem NH Police Department.  All proposals must be received  by  November 20, 2024   at  11:00  AM EST.   Late proposals will not be considered. A pre-proposal meeting will not be conducted. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or to limit this procurement to a portion based on  the availability of funds and/or as deemed in the best interest of the Town.
