Description of Work:

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Corrections (DOC), intend to enter into an agreement up to 24 months with IdeniSys for continued, uninterrupted hardware maintenance and support for maintenance of badge printers and laminators.

IdentiSys, Inc. - Hardware/Software Maintenance and Support for CD800 Datacard Badge Printers located at MCF: Lino Lakes, Stillwater, Oak Park Heights, Shakopee, St. Paul Central Office, St. Cloud, Rush City, Moose Lake, Willow River, Red Wing. In order for the warranties to remain valid, only authorized servicers are approved to provide the necessary install, repairs, replacements or generate software patches for the hardware.The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase..
