Project Bid Received By & Opening Information: The Greater Peoria Sanitary and Sewage Disposal District will receive and accept electronic bids for GPSD Project 2942: PLC-7 & 8 Replacement. Electronic bids will be received ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid™ online bid service, which can be accessed at the following URL: https://www.gpsd.org/construction-bidding-and-procurement.html.

Bid submission will be accepted beginning April 7, 2026, through 2:00 pm on April 9, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened. There is a nominal fee to submit a bid. A virtual bid opening will be held on the day and time of the bid opening via live internet stream. Details on viewing the virtual bid opening will be posted on the District’s website located at the following URL: https://www.gpsd.org/construction-bidding-and-procurement.html

Pre-Bid Meeting Info: There will be a pre-bid meeting on March 24, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Attendees will need to arrive five minutes early to check-in at the district office located at 2322 S. Darst Street, Peoria IL 61607.

Attendance to this meeting is optional and is not a requirement to submit a bid. Bidders may also contact GPSD to schedule a site visit as needed.

Any person contemplating a bid may request an interpretation of the Specifications or other Construction Document. Any such request, including requests for substitution of specified item(s), shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the Bid Acceptance Period. Requests submitted within five (5) business days of the Bid Acceptance Period will not be reviewed, nor will a response be issued. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only as an addendum duly issued. Furthermore, Addenda will not be issued after the Bid Acceptance Period has begun. A copy of such addendum will be electronically delivered to all prospective bidders
