Project Description: The City of Norwalk is requesting proposals for the supply and planting of trees and shrubs and tree pit construction for certain trees and shrubs at various locations throughout the City. Funding for the project is through a Federal grant. Federal funded projects require additional terms and conditions and other obligations. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/ Project Specifications.
