It is thesole responsibility of the Contractor to determine which designated provisions are applicable tothis project.PRE-BID/Site Visit Conference: A Pre-Quote Conference and Site Visit is scheduled forMarch 12, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Alaska Railroad General Office Building (GOB) 327 W. ShipCreek Ave. Anchorage, AK 99501. All Contractors will sign-in at the pre-bid conference and oncethe conference is completed will proceed to the Car Shop.
