PUBLIC SERVICE CENTER SUITE 142 TENANT IMPROVEMENTS

General Information:

The project is a remodel of the existing lobby to reconfigure the layout and is approximately +/-4,898 SF and is located on the 1 ^st floor of the Public Service Center.

Generally, the work includes but is not limited to selective demolition; new wall framing and gypsum board finishes; new doors, relites, door hardware, signage, finishes, electrical / low voltage rough-ins and new LED light fixtures. The existing HVAC systems, fire alarms and sprinklers will need to be modified based on the new layout.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 9:30 am. Attendees shall meet in the Main Lobby on the 1 ^st floor of the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
