Description: Sealed bids for the project will be received electronically at www.projectdog.com (Project Code # 874482) not later than 3:00 PM local time on June 4, 2026 at which time the bids will be opened publicly online.  It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is submitted online prior to the bid opening time. The Work for this Project includes, but is not limited to: replacement of the existing Warren Wright Road culvert crossing of Hop Brook (Bridge No. B-05-028), raising of Warren Wright Road, and the addition of a terrestrial organism passage.  Work items include excavation and off-site disposal; installation of a bridge crossing and culvert; construction of gabion basket retaining walls; removal, raising, and reconstruction of Warren Wright Road; and restoration of the site. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than Projectdog, Inc. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended but is not mandatory. The voluntary pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at 11:00 AM local time on May 14, 2026. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, questions, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The minimum wages to be paid for all labor on the project are established in a schedule issued by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, in accordance with Section 26A- 27D, or Chapter 149 of the M.G.L., as amended. Said schedule(s) are included in the bid package. It is the responsibility of the Contractor, before Bid opening, to request, if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those trades people who may be employed for the proposed Work under this Contract.
