Scope of Services
The Melbourne Airport Authority (MAA) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for the Taxiway A Rehabilitation – Phase 2 project located at the Melbourne Olando International Airport, Melbourne, Florida. The scope of the project consists of rehabilitating approximately 125,000 square yards of asphalt pavement by milling and overlay, 105,000 square yards of additional pavement surface, 58,000 tons of asphalt, marking the new pavement surface, drainage system improvements, replacing airfield lighting and sign components, and performing grassing.

A site visit will be conducted immediately following the meeting. A site visit is mandatory prior to bidding. Bidders may arrange to visit the site by appointment only with 48 hours advance notice. Bidders may visit the site on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 10:00AM – 3:00PM. Last day to visit the site is May 8, 2025 at 3PM.
