The Project involves the renovation of a portion of the Second and Third Levels and Exterior Improvements at the Historic UP Depot building located at 121 West 15th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The Project involves furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required for the project, including, but not limited to selective demolition, site work, repairs and treatment of historic stone masonry, work on historic wood windows, finishes, electrical, mechanical and other related items of work.
