Project Description

EBMUD is soliciting proposals for the Residential Private Water Service Line Repair Program.

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe a program that provides coverage for the cost of repair and/or replacement of customer’s exterior water service line from their property to the meter.

EBMUD intends to award a two-year contract with five options to renew for one-year terms to the Proposer(s) who best meets the District’s requirements.
