Description: The City of New Rochelle aims to launch a brand and awareness campaign for its groundbreaking LINC project. The LINC project represents transformational urban planning improvements that will correct historical injustices beyond removing obsolete infrastructure and creating an innovative linear park and public open space. This innovative project is fundamentally about reconnecting our diverse communities with the ability to access economic, educational, healthcare, and leisure opportunities by removing physical, visual, and social barriers and replacing them with enhanced public amenities.
