I. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION:

1. Question: Please confirm that the drawing entitled Option 1 is the color layout for Area

B for the Base bid.

Answer: Yes it is

2. Please confirm that the Allowance Value of $15,000.00 and the Contingency of up to

5% are not to be included within the Base Bid.

Answer: No it is not included in the Base Bid.

4. Who will be responsible for the removing and replacing of any furniture and

electronics?

Answer: The district will be responsible for removing the furniture and electronics.

5. What is the existing flooring in Areas A through K?

​

Answer: Existing flooring in all areas except for “C”.

Area “C” is carpet half carpet & Vinyl
