Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Proposals are invited and will be received virtually by the City of Waukegan at https://www.waukeganil.gov/FormCenter/Planning-Zoning-9/PZ202501-Waukegan-Identity-Letters-162 ; until Thursday February 13, 2025 at 5pm Central Standard Time (CST) for: Waukegan Identity Letters This will be made available to all parties desiring to submit. All proposals must be received electronically as specified herein. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City of Waukegan, Illinois (“City”), requests proposals from qualified artists or companies for the design and installation of a Waukegan Identity Letters (“Letters”). All proposals are subject to review, followed by City Council approval. The selected Designer will be invited to enter into an agreement with the City. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals received and waive any and all technicalities.
