The purpose of this solicitation for Construction Services for Christobel Septic Tank Phase-Out (this "Solicitation") is to select a vendor to provide construction services to install approximately 32,000 LF of gravity sewer main, 23,000 LF of water main, two pump stations, and the necessary restoration work in the Christobel Septic Tank Phase-Out project area as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
