Scope of Services
The School Board of Sarasota County requests offers to purchase used vehicles meeting the specifications as defined in this document from the dealership’s current inventory.
In addition, The School Board of Sarasota County seeks to establish a maximum percentage mark-up to the dealer’s wholesale price for future used vehicle purchases. Used vehicles meeting the specifications as defined in this document will be purchased for the purpose of classroom instruction for the Suncoast Technical College Automotive Program.
The goal is to purchase used vehicles from local automotive dealers to facilitate classroom instruction that will encompass the various makes and models of vehicles from the major manufacturers, including, but not limited to Ford, Chevrolet, General Motors, Subaru, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota.
Wholesale, auction, and donated vehicles will be accepted.
