SummaryThe City is seeking responsible contractors to provide Pump Services on an as-needed basis according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The agreement resulting from this RFP shall be firm and valid beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four (4), one (1) year renewal options.
The City's intent is to award this RFP to two (2) contractors: a Primary Contractor, the highest-rank respondent, and a Secondary Contractor, the second-ranked respondent. The Primary Contractor will be responsible for performing all tasks specified herein and will be the primary Contractor for Pump Services. - If the City deems the rates submitted by the Primary Contractor for rental services of equipment unreasonable in regard to price, timeframe;
- If the Primary Contractor is not fulfilling its obligations under this agreement; or
- To obtain more competitive rates for larger assignments.
