Adaptive Elite Security Awareness Training

SEPTA will accept bids with the eProcurement system only for the bid indicated. The bid will be opened electronically on the eProcurement system close date and time. If you have not already done so, please register in ePS through septa.org.

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority ("SEPTA") will accept Sealed Bids through its Electronic Procurement System (ePS) website for Elite Security Awareness Training (hereinafter called (“the Work) as outlined in the Contract Documents until Friday, September 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at which time the bids will be made public and read aloud.

The contract duration is 1,095 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

The Work includes but is not limited to: Security Awareness training to better reflect real-life attack scenarios that are currently utilized against our staff, over a 3-Year period.

A virtual pre-bid meeting (attendance not mandatory) will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. A representative of your company should join to discuss the proposed work with representatives of SEPTA.
