Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Contractors (Bidders) to submit bids for unit cost pricing for concrete projects as outlined per the Bid Documents, Specifications, Special Provisions, Drawings and General Conditions.
ANNOUNCEMENTSBid DOCUMENTSDistrict is currently advertising in the Orange County Register and accepting bids until 1:00 pm on June 11, 2026.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Questions ( RFI’s ) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Joe Chapin at JoeChapin@iusd.org by 3:00 pm on May 29, 2026.Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the contact listed in this Bid of its interest and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.

Any bidder not so licensed at the time of the bid opening will berejected as nonresponsive.Questions regarding the bid must be received via e-mail to the attention of Joe Chapin at JoeChapin@iusd.org by3:00 pm on May 29, 2026.The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bidsor in the bidding process.Effective April 1, 2015, all contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the DIR to submit a bid for apublic works project pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.The California Department of Industrial Relations has determined the general prevailing rates of per diem wagesfor the locality in which the work is to be performed for the Project. Copies of these wage rate determinations,entitled Prevailing Wage Scale, are available at the following website: www.dir.ca.gov.
