Project Bid Received By & Opening Information:	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of North Lions Park Improvements will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 1:00 pm local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Crystal will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 1.312.626.6799 and entering Meeting ID 925 8651 1179 and Passcode 630474. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening. All other data in a bidder's response to a bid are private or nonpublic data until completion of the selection process.

Project Description

Project Category Code:	Landscaping - Seeding, Concrete Pavement, Sewer and Water Construction, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Fencing/Guardrails/Handrails, Pavement Removal, Excavation, Irrigation, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete)
Description:	In general, work consists of the following park improvements: Pavement removals, erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer, water service, concrete paving, asphalt paving, irrigation, fencing and restoration.
Additional Description:	The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Crystal shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities in any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The City Council will consider and possibly act to award the contract at its meeting on April 7, 2026, which starts at 7:00 PM at Crystal City Hall, 4141 Douglas Drive N, Crystal, MN 55422. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. WSB LLC is the Designer of record on this project.
