1412012050 (RFP) General Substation Construction Services

The purpose of this Solicitation is to procure substation construction services. This Solicitation provides details for the units, equipment, and labor necessary to perform construction at JEA substations. Units include the necessary materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform the work unless stated otherwise. The contractor shall be available for emergency type repair work within three business days of notification of such need. The contractor will be notified of required work as determined by the JEA project manager.
