DescriptionSources Sought Notice – Tinian Airfield Grounds Maintenance
All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified small business offerors that can provide/perform the stated requirement. The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.
Description of Service: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Tinian North Field in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Areas maps and workloads depicting the service described in this PWS are identified in the Appendices. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the service described in this PWS.
