527-303 The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission’s Winter Recreation Program (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide trail grooming services for approximately 179 miles of designated snowmobile trails within the Okanogan and Colville National Forest Okanogan and Ferry County, Washington state.
