Attachment A – Vendor Questions and Answers

Q1: Please conƱrm that there is no pre-bid meeting.

A1: Per the Vendor Instructions, there is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this Expression

of Interest.

Q2: Are tours of the existing building possible? If so, who can we contact to arrange a

tour.

A2: Because this is a qualifications-based EOI, firms are not being asked to develop

detailed design solutions or pricing at this stage. Accordingly, individual site visits are not

required for purposes of submitting qualifications. If the Authority determines that a group

informational site visit is appropriate, notice will be issued through formal addendum via

wvOasis to ensure equal access to information.

Q3: Is it possible to talk to someone who could elaborate on the project’s purpose

and objectives?

A3: As this is a qualiƱcations-based solicitation, discussions regarding the project’s

purpose and objectives outside of the solicitation documents are not permitted. Vendors

are encouraged to rely solely on the information provided within the solicitation. Any

additional clariƱcations will be issued through wvOASIS via formal addendum, if

necessary.
