The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Bids (RFB) seeking Bidders interested in the Hillcrest Area Demolition and Property Clearing – Group 14 project.  Interested Bidders must be registered on the PCCA’s procurement website to obtain the complete RFB package ( https://pocca.procureware.com/home ).

Scope of work generally consists of demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with property improvements, site clearing, offsite disposal, site fill, grading, and the establishment of site vegetation.
