Description:

The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering design and providing engineering design support during construction for the 240 th St & 35 th Ave SE Intersection Improvements Project. The proposed improvements include: full-depth reconfiguration of existing four-way stop intersection to a roundabout with center and splitter islands, curb and gutter, utility relocations and adjustments, illumination, shared-use paths, sidewalks, ADA-compliant features (ramps, etc), bike paths, landscaped planter strips, fish passage culvert extension, stream design, signage, pavement restoration, and pavement delineation.
