One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 3 will be held on November 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held in the Lobby of the Purdue Memorial Union Club (PMUC), located at 201 N. Grant St., West Lafayette, IN.
