Description: The Town of Lexington is accepting qualifications from Electrical Contractors to provide preconstruction and construction management services on the new Lexington High School building project. Scope includes: Provide Temporary power and lighting. Work includes temporary power services to site, site setup, trailer complex set up and temporary power and lighting through start of Steel and 100% Construction document bid package. Subsequent documents will be supplied at the invitation to bid phase if the subcontractor is prequalified. All Subcontractors shall comply with MGL c. 149, 26-27H. Qualifications are sought from firms which have successfully completed projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule and budget. Qualifications are due on January 21 st , 2026, at 12:00PM.
