Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract for a diesel-powered crawler tractor equipped with a hydraulic angle and tilt blade for use in such operations as rough and finish grading, land clearing, backfilling, cutting and cleanout of drainage ditches. The operating weight of the tractor with cab and hydraulic angle and tilt blade shall be minimum 28,000 pounds. Units furnished to this specification shall meet or exceed all requirements.
