PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS AND REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION FOR THIS RFQ VIA PGW.PROCUREWARE.COM BY TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME .
BIDS ARE DUE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME VIA PGW.PROCUREWARE.COM.
PRICING STRUCTURE:
PLEASE SUBMIT PRICING FOR EACH LOT ON THE “PRICING FORM” TAB LOCATED IN PROCUREWARE.
VENDORS MAY BID ON ANY LOT TO PURCHASE, HOWEVER, THE ENTIRE LOT MUST BE PURCHASED AS A COMPLETE SET.
ADDITIONAL NOTES & SPECIFICATIONS:
- THE BASIS OF AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER(S) THAT PROVIDES THE HIGHEST RETURN PRICE TO PGW. PGW AIMS TO MAXIMIZE THE VALUE OBTAINED FROM THE SALE OF EQUIPMENT. MULTIPLE AWARDS MAY BE ISSUED.
- ALL BIDDER(S) MUST ADHERE TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS THAT HAVE BEEN OUTLINED IN THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION PERTAINING THIS RFQ.
- THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER(S) MUST ADHERE TO ALL PGW INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE INCLUDED AND REQUIRED FOR THIS RFQ.
- THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PAYMENT PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF THE EQUIPMENT. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER(S) MUST REMOVE ALL ITEMS WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY.
- THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER(S) MUST MAKE PAYMENT IN FULL NOT LATER THAN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING THE NOTICE OF AWARD DATE. PLEASE NOTE: IT MAY TAKE THREE (3) TO FIVE (5) DAYS TO PROCESS PAYMENT ONCE IT IS RECEIVED. PAYMENT MUST BE PROCESSED PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT. PGW WILL ISSUE A NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY WHEN THE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED.
- PGW WILL PALLETIZE AND WRAP THE EQUIPMENT. IF THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER(S) NEED ASSISTANCE WITH LOADING THE PARTS ONTO THEIR VEHICLE, PGW CAN PROVIDE ASSISTANCE. PGW CAN FORKLIFT THE EQUIPMENT ONTO THE VEHICLE IF NEEDED. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER(S) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THE EQUIPMENT FOR TRANSPORT.
- T HE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER(S) SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT EQUIPMENT IS SECURED DURING TRANSIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS, AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION OF EQUIPMENT.
- PROPERTY SOLD AS IS, NO WARRA NTIES. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PGW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROPERTY IS WITH THE BIDDER.
