Summary

The City of New Haven is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform permanent road patching services for utility cuts and pavement failures across various locations within the city. Background

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the inspection, preparation, and permanent restoration of roadway surfaces impacted by utility excavations, trenching activities, and general pavement deterioration. Contractors shall be responsible for saw cutting, excavation, removal of unsuitable materials, installation of appropriate base and sub-base materials, and placement of asphalt or other approved surface treatments in accordance with city specifications.

The selected contractor must be prepared to respond in a timely manner, coordinate with city departments and utility companies, and adhere to all applicable safety standards, traffic control requirements, and local, state, and federal regulations.
