Bid Title: Notice to Bidders: Fort Madison Public Works Building
Category: Public Improvement Projects Status: Open Description: Qualified bidders may submit sealed bids for the “FORT MADISON PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING” project to the City Clerk at City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, until 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Any bids received after this time will be returned unopened. All bids properly received will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

The City of Fort Madison reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to accept the proposal which the City Council deems to be in the best interest of the City.

Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
