Description: The Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) is requesting proposals from licensed contractors to remove sediment and debris from the Napa Creek Downstream Bypass Culverts (Bypass Culverts) located in Napa, CA. The required work is described below in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The information contained in this RFP is the District’s best understanding of the work, but the District will be relying on the selected contractor to provide additional recommendations as needed in order to complete the project. The contractor must provide the details of their proposed method and schedule to complete the requested work as well as examples of similar projects.
