Scope of Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified Contractor to provide Fire & Security Alarm Monitoring. There are fourteen fire alarms and fifteen security alarms that will require monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The City has multiple types of brands for fire and security alarms, the awarded contractor will be responsible for repairing, replacing, or updating any faulty/outdated alarms and equipment. Below are the locations for all fire and security alarms, other City buildings or facilities may be added or removed on as-needed basis.
