Project Description: The Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced Contractors to collect, transport, and recycle used motor oil from the County’s three (3) Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Sites.
The services of this award shall include payment (revenue) to the County to be calculated as Bidder’s unit price per gallon multiplied by total gallons collected.
