Listing Information/Advertisement

Sealed bids will be received on June 5, 2025, by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) Purchasing Division, at 301 Plant Road, in Houma, Louisiana until 2:00 P.M as shown on the Purchasing Division Conference Room Clock, and TPCG shall at that time and place publicly open the bids and read them aloud.

Project Description: The work consists of providing all equipment, labor and material necessary to install artificial turf, relevant field markings, with infield subsurface drainage lines for baseball and softball fields, including installation of a limestone parking lot with concrete ADA parking areas and subsurface drainage system according to design specifications and plans.

This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number in Building Construction, or Highway, Street and Bridge Construction.

Bidding Documents for this Project are on file in the office of All South Consulting Engineers, LLC, 107 West Woodlawn Ranch Road, Houma, Louisiana 70363.  In accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law, prime bidders shall be charged a deposit of $100.00 and upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days from the bid opening shall be refunded the deposit.  Please contact Michael Slovensky P.E., Project Manager, All South Consulting Engineers, LLC at 985-537-8893 for any clarification or information with regard to the specifications.

A Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on May 21, 2025, at 10:00 am at the office of Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, Public Works Department located at 206 Government Street, Gray, Louisiana 70359.
