Complete campus wide replacement of all HVAC Equipment (including replacement and modernization of chillers, pumps, boilers, air handling units, terminal units, and controls), excluding the newer science building. Interior painting and flooring repairs where required. Existing ductwork will be used throughout the project where practical.
