Professional Services for HOME Program & URA Property Standards Inspections DSS/NSPIRE Contractor Services

The City of Cleveland, Department of Community Development (CD) is seeking one or multiple vendors to perform federally mandated Decent, Safe, and Sanitary housing inspections for the HOME Investment Partnership Program and Uniform Relocation Act requirements. Inspection sites are single-family, duplex or multi-family residential structures, with 1-4 bedrooms. Vendors must be Bonded, State of Ohio Certified Building Inspectors.
