Description: Town of Normal 11 Uptown Circle Normal, Illinois 61761 BID CALL: The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following: Constitution Trail Repaving Project Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Constitution Trail Repaving Project" with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, August 7, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. The repaving project will repair and rejuvenate this segment of the Constitution Trail by sealing existing cracks and adding strength to the trail surface. Bid documents are available electronically from the Town of Normal website at www.normalil.gov .  The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
