SummaryIredell County is seeking qualified companies to provide comprehensive construction manager at risk services for the construction of an approximately 65,000-square-foot facility and the renovation of approximately 32,000 square feet of existing space at the Hall of Justice.
The selected company will be responsible for all phases construction services from pre-construction through final closeout, -and must ensure full compliance with local building codes, ADA standards, and environmentally sustainable construction practices. The CMAR will work directly with the project designer company on constructability and cost estimating services. A space study for the judicial services areas of Iredell County.
An accelerated project timeline will be required, with the goal of beginning construction as soon as possible while maintaining design accuracy and minimizing change orders. Interested companies are invited to submit proposals demonstrating their qualifications, experience with similar projects, and overall approach to the design process. Examples of accelerated project schedules are to be included in the proposal Proposals will be evaluated based on company experience, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to meet the County’s project goals and timeline.
