Project Description: The City of Tallahassee, Florida invites prospective Proposers to submit proposals to provide Power Plant Treatment Programs for A.B. Hopkins and Sam O. Purdom Generating Stations. This Specification covers boiler/HRSG and water treatment chemicals, consultation and advisory services required for consistent, safe operation of the referenced plant boiler and auxiliary systems within the guidelines and standards of the chemical treatment programs in the utility industry.
