Description: Invitation for Bid #25122 Alarm Monitoring Services and Repairs as Needed Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25122, for Alarm Services. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price.
