Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of qualified Consultants to establish one (1) or more fixed fee, open-ended Contracts for geotechnical engineering services on an “as needed” basis for a one (1) year period with up to three (3) one-year renewal options. The number of Contracts awarded will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received, with a maximum of two (2).
