Description

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) awarded a sole-source contract to Unison Software, Inc. for PRISM Hosting, Operations, and Maintenance Services. The contract provides hosting, system operations, maintenance, technical support, security compliance support, and transition services for the PRISM application, a mission-critical system supporting FRTIB's financial and administrative operations. The award was made pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only One Source Capable of Providing the Required Services at the Level of Quality Required.
