ADDENDUM NO. 2
Dear Proponents,
This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of
interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum
No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files.
Attachment D: Revised Bid Sheets
Attachment E: Additive Alternate #1 Limits
Question No. 1: There is no bid item for NPDES/SWPPP. Please provide a bid item for this work.
Answer No. 1: Refer to Bid Item No. 15 shown in Attachment D - Revised Bid Sheets.
Question No. 2: Bid Alternate One. Bid schedule shows 190 SY. Sheet C-104 shows well
over 500 sy. Please confirm the quantity for Bid Alternate One.
Answer No. 2: The correct quantity for Bid Alternate No. 1 is 745 SY, as shown in Bid Item
No. AA-1 shown in Attachment D - Revised Bid Sheets. The Sheet showing Bid Alternate No. 1
has been reissued and included in Attachment D. The reissued sheet has been renumbered as Sheet
C-104 as listed on the Index of Drawings, the scale has been corrected to 1”= 20’-0”, and Keyed
Notes 1 and 2 have been corrected with the correct sheet reference.
Question No. 3: Bid Item 7. Can you provide limits for AC R&R bid quantity does not match plans.
Answer No. 3: See Bid Item No. 3 shown in Attachment D - Revised Bid Sheets. All pavement
removal and replacement shall be included in the unit price of the associated trenching.

Question No. 4: Can you clarify if this project will require Buy America and or Build America, Buy
America Requirements?
Answer No. 4: There are no Buy America or Build America-Buy American (BABA) requirements
on the project.
Question No. 5: Can you clarify if there is a designated area for contractor laydown and/or storage?
Answer No. 5: Refer to response to Question No. 3, Addendum No. 1.
Question No. 6: Can you clarify if there is a designated location to obtain construction water and if
the contractor would be able to access Santa Fe County hydrants?
Answer No. 6: Refer to response to Question No. 2, Addendum No. 1.
Please add this Addendum No. 2 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents,
hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents
and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original
interpretation and remain in full force and effect. Responders are reminded that any questions or need
