Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 8908 Athenaeum Hall Exterior Preservation The project consists of removal of select existing exterior slate roofing for replacement and general exterior restoration as shown on the drawings and the specifications including but not limited to windows, doors, clapboard, etc.   Installation of Construction Electrical panel and associated work as shown on the drawings DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Historical Building Restoration Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following 2 trades: Roofing and Painting Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on August 27, 2025after 10:00 A.M.in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc.
