Project involves renovation of approximately 2,000 sf of existing lab/office/storage spaces on the northern side of the east laboratory building. These spaces will be developed into two new biosafety level (BSL) laboratory spaces. The work to be performed includes construction of suitable architectural finishes, new HVAC system, flooring, laboratory equipment, electrical, mechanical, security, and plumbing fixtures for developing BSL2+ and BSL3 laboratory spaces.
