Description: The purpose of the Request for Proposals is to obtain competitive bids from qualified contactors for the rehabilitation of existing manholes within the City’s sewer collection system. The City of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all tools, materials, and labor necessary to complete the 2025 Manhole Rehabilitation Project. The project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 20 manholes to be raised and the application of 425 vertical feet of epoxy or polyurea lining. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and contract documents developed by the City of Siloam Springs.
