Request for Proposals Public Works Remedial Architectural

Services The City of San Mateo (City) is accepting proposals (RFP) to select a qualified firm

to provide remedial architectural services for Public Works Facilities roofing projects. All

questions regarding this request for proposals (RFP) shall be directed to Steve Wu, Facilities &

Fleet Services Manager, email: swu@cityofsanmateo.org, or to the City of San Mateo Public

Works Facilities, 1961 Pacific Boulevard, San Mateo, CA 94403. The RFP and details on the

pre-proposal conference are available for viewing online at

http://www.cityofsanmateo.org/bids.aspx. Proposals shall be submitted by firms that have a

capable and demonstrable background in the type of work described in this RFP. In addition, all

interested firms shall have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel,

support services, safety protocols, specialized consultants, pertinent field equipment, and

financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. The proposals shall be

submitted to the Steve Wu, Facilities & Fleet Services Manager via email at

swu@cityofsanmateo.org, no later than: 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time on Thursday,

December 11, 2025. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
